  • Two residents per residence hall room
  • Shared Jack and Jill bathroom between rooms
  • Total square feet per room = 196 sq. ft.
  • Living room space: 14’ long x 14’ wide
    • Includes two bed frames with two mattresses (6’ long by 3’ wide), chairs, and desks
  • Bathroom and Sink Space 
    • Bathroom: 6’ long by 6’ wide
    • Sink Space: 8’ long by 6’ wide
    • Not included: towels and toiletries
