The group was welcomed back by Damon.

  • Spring Meeting Dates

Damon asked those present for their feedback on the suggested dates provided by Danielle based on reviewing their teaching schedules for Spring 2024.  The first Wednesday of every month at 3:10pm to 4pm was the selected choice.

      • Currently looking at data from Xiaohong
    • Student Recruitment and Enrollment Strategy: Cecilia Alvarado, Damon Bell, Tiffany Payne
    • Student Retention and Student Success Strategy: Shelley Getty, Joe’ll Chaidez, David Mitchell, Damon Bell
    • Marketing and Student Financial Support Strategy: Tiffany Payne, David Reynolds, Devin Daugherty
      • Reviewing the Victor Valley Plan and pulling information; need time to assess the information that was pulled.
      • Susan has been working on marketing and Barbara will provide an FA update
      • The group will meet next month to get things done.
      • They will work on writing a simple list and provide the bare bones then glam up later.

***Damon stated the goal is to have this completed to present at the May 2024 board meeting.

    • Student Survey – The survey was finalized and sent out last year and was sent out again this year. Five gift cards for Amazon were an incentive used to get participation.
