    Our goal is to ensure that all students, regardless of their abilities or circumstances, have equitable access to our online learning resources and educational materials. We are committed to proactively identifying and removing barriers to accessibility, thereby fostering an inclusive learning environment where every learner can thrive. Through ongoing training, collaboration with accessibility experts, and the implementation of best practices in web design and content creation, we aim to continually enhance the accessibility of our digital platforms and course materials.     Our goal is to equip faculty members with comprehensive training and support in utilizing cutting-edge teaching software to enhance the quality of online instruction. Through targeted professional development workshops, hands-on training sessions, and ongoing technical assistance, we aim to empower instructors to effectively integrate innovative teaching software into their virtual classrooms. Through strategic allocation of funds, collaborative partnerships with publishers, and leveraging open educational resources (OER), we aim to expand the range of high-quality materials available to our online learners. Additionally, we seek to enhance the accessibility of resources by ensuring compatibility with assistive technologies and providing alternative formats where necessary. By continually assessing and addressing resource gaps, we strive to cultivate an environment where all members of our distance learning community have equitable access to the tools and materials needed to succeed academically and professionally
